Little Computational Thinkers Learning Festival 2019 that was held on 23 November was a great success!

KIDSCODE is honoured to be given the opportunity to collaborate with Kids and Kins Child Care Centre to increase awareness of computational thinking in our community. We believe that computational thinking can start from young and at home through daily routine activities.

Through the Learning Festival, the kids and parents took part in workshops such as playing a song with Makey Makey and fruits; creating an LED light up Christmas card; and making a photo frame with ice-cream sticks and 3D decoration figurines! The participants are to follow step-by-step instructions to do the activities – exposing to them algorithm design.

Through the activities, we trust that our young participants will discover more about digital literacy and coding. To all young kids out there, stay curious and innovative!
